1. No Cancellation After Shipping :
Cancellation is not possible once the order has been shipped.Please double-check all details before confirming your purchase.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, send an uncut unboxing video to [email protected] within 24 hours. The video is required for us to assess the issue and determine eligibility for an exchange. Items purchased on sale or with a discount are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please note, without the unboxing video, we cannot assist.
3. Request For Exchange
Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product. Exchanges are only allowed for items that are damaged or defective, as shown in the unboxing video. If the packaging is damaged but the product is fine, no exchange or refund will be processed. After 24 hours, return requests won’t be accepted. For missing or defective products, we’ll issue store credit equal to the product’s value.
4. Exchange Procedure
If your exchange request is approved, we will process the exchange within 14 days. The shipping of both side will be taken care of by us. In case of non delivery of product due to customer unavailability or denial or any other reason from customer’s end, Refund will be given by deducting the shipping cost (to and fro) once we receive the product back. However, if non delivery happens due to courier service mistakes, the shipping will be borne by us.
